* net/tramp-sh.el (tramp-find-file-exists-command): Protect the
tests by `ignore-error'.
(tramp-find-shell): Open also a new shell, when cache is already
set.  Reported by Carsten Bormann <cabo@tzi.org>.  (Bug#12148)
